As an experimental aircraft builder, you are allowed to and encouraged to include an additional qualified pilot during phase 1 flight testing.  Bringing along a second qualified pilot makes the flights safer by giving you a second set of eyes.  AC 90-116 gives the guidance on this program, and if you're interested, reach out to determine if we qualify for your specific build. ​
